Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Chavan Agro Farm, we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and flexible booking experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

• 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount.
• 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund will be issued.
• Refund Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Changes to Bookings: Requests for changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival.
• Early Check-out: No refund will be provided for early departure unless due to farm-related operational issues.
