Welcome to Chavan Agro Farm. By booking a stay or engaging in any activity at our property, you agree to abide by the following terms:

• All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID during check-in.
• No smoking is allowed inside closed premises or near livestock areas.
• Alcohol consumption is restricted to designated zones only.
• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and behave respectfully with staff and other guests.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted in writing prior to arrival.
• Any damage to property will be chargeable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3–6 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or for no-shows.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
